Steuer has said the vocals for \"I Am Still Fucking  Straight Edge\" were recorded around 1am deep into the  sessions, finished in a matter of minutes, after which he  simply paced the room on repeat until 4am; the track's gang  vocals were deliberately limited to straight edge friends from  the Alabama hardcore scene, with other contributors asked to  sit the song out entirely.
