MEAT LOAF Piece Of The Action (Rare 1984 UK
UNCUT skull shaped Picture Disc, also
including Sailor To A Siren. This superb rarity has not been
cut to the finished shape but remains as a 12" disc with clear
surroundingthe centralimage. Uncut picture discs are
generally used as 'test pressings', a few are always made to
check the image alignment & print quality before the final run
is cut to the desired shape. These rarely appear for sales, and
this is the first we have ever seen ARISD603)

Uncut picture discs are generally used as 'test pressings', a few are always made to check the image alignment and print quality before the final run is cut to the desired shape and remains as a 12" disc with clear vinyl surrounding the central image.
Sometimes the image is different of has an error, as it is purely produced as a test, this copy has the tip of the point missing but this happend at the time of pressing.
Condition
The disc is in a really nice condition with minimal surface marks or signs of play. Early 1980s picture discs are known for having an issue with tea staining, this copy shows no discolouration and is still clear.
