CENTIPEDE Septober Energy (1971 UK 4-track [4 long sides] stereo double LP, one of the biggest if not the biggest freeform gathering on record from Britain at the time, starring a large ensemble of 50+ musicians, including members of King Crimson, Soft Machine, Blossom Toes, Alan Skidmore's group & Ian Carr with Nucleus. The album was arranged by pianist Keith Tippett and produced by Robert Fripp and is an epic journey into the outer regions of free form jazz. The mainly white gatefold titlesleeve shows a little shelfwear with discolouring/blemishes from handling and mild edge scuffing whilst the vinyl remains in excellent with few signs of play.
